An inspirational keynote speaker and presenter, Sandra is passionate in her belief that everyone can create the future they want.  As a speaker, she motivates her audiences to live the lives they dream of; challenging her audiences to question what is holding them back and empowering them to achieve their vision.

Sandra captures the imagination of her audiences as she shares her strategies for success. As a success designer and one of Australia's most highly trained master practitioners in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), she helps them discover how they can accelerate their personal success. 

As founder and managing director of her own successful management consultancies, Inner Development and Excellence Savvy Group Pty Ltd, Sandra has been described as a trusted advisor and visionary who has helped business leaders around Australia drive change to succeed in business.  She has also helped thousands of people find success through speaking engagements, workshops, consultancy and written materials. 

Sandra is a role model to many, having been involved in the business world since an early age.  She has previously been a manager, management consultant, facilitator, coach, trainer and accountant.  She became general manager at age 25 of a multi-million dollar business with an annual staff turnover of over 500 in a male dominated sector.  

Sandra supports her extensive practical experience with formal qualifications in business, accounting, management, leadership and corporate governance and has two Doctorates and an MBA.  She is also in demand for her extensive experience in corporate governance, having chaired or been a member of over twenty boards around Australia in the business, government and not-for-profit sector, including seven Ministerial appointments. 

Sandra has received multiple awards for her achievements, most recently the Entrepreneur of the Year for Tasmania.  She has been twice awarded Telstra Tasmanian Businesswoman of the Year for the Corporate Sector and in 2005 she was inducted onto the Inaugural Honour Roll of Women.

Through her work with organisations around Australia over the years, Sandra came to realise that her personal vision and passion was to help other people create success - a vision she has realised.  Sandra has overcome illness and personal adversity and now lives on a rural property on Tasmania's east coast, running successful businesses and speaking to audiences around the world.
